Action 15 of the Estuary Partnership Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan instructs the Estuary Partnership to:

“Provide public information and education efforts about the lower river and estuary that focus on endangered species, habitat loss and restoration, biological diversity, and lifestyle practices and connections to the river.”

One way the Estuary Partnership can provide information is through a library. For years, the Estuary Partnership has maintained a library of information relevant to the lower Columbia River. Now, like most institutions, we’re moving to maintaining documents on-line. Here you’ll find links to past newsletters, major long term studies, and other reports.
