The Estuary Partnership is located in the Paulson Capital Building, a six story red brick building across from Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland between Yamhill and Taylor. No parking exists on Naito Parkway.

Bear right on the Morrison Bridge onto SW Naito Parkway

Travel approximately 3 blocks on SW Naito Parkway

I-5 Heading North to Downtown Portland
Take the I-405 exit – Exit 299B on the Left toward City Center / US 26 W / Beaverton
Take Exit 1A on the Left toward Naito Parkway
Stay Straight to go onto SW Harbor Drive
Turn Right onto SW Naito Parkway
Turn Left on SW Taylor Street
Turn Right on SW First Ave
Turn Left on SW Yamhill.

I-84 Heading West to Downtown Portland
Take the I-5 S exit on the Left toward Salem / Beaverton
Take the exit toward City Center / Morrison St.
Turn Slight Right onto Morrison Bridge
Take the Front Ave. ramp toward I-5 S / Salem
Merge onto SW Naito Parkway

US-30 Heading East to Downtown Portland
Merge onto I-405 N / US-30 E via the exit on the Left across the Fremont Bridge toward The Dalles / Seattle
Merge onto I-5 S via the exit on the Left
Take the OR-99E exit- Exit 300B- toward OMSI / US-26 E / Oregon City
Take the ramp toward City Center / Morrison St.
Turn slight Right onto Morrison Bridge
Take the Front Ave. ramp toward I-5 S / Salem
Merge onto SW Naito Parkway

Parking
A number of parking garages provide hourly parking within walking distance of the Estuary Partnership office. Including:
World Trade Center Portland Building: First and Taylor
Smart Park Garage: 1rst and Jefferson
Smart Park Garage: 4th and Yamhill
Smart Park Garage: 3rd and Alder

Metered on-street parking with a 90 minute limit is also available. Machines take coins and credit cards. Rates are $1.25 per hour.

Day long parking is available at a surface parking lot on the corner of 1st and Yamhill and at various other surface parking lots downtown.

Mass Transit
Mass transit is a good alternative to driving and parking.

Max trains traveling from West to East stop at SW 1st and Yamhill, just one block from the Estuary Partnership office.

Max trains traveling from East to West stop at SW 3rd and Morrison, two blocks North and two blocks West of the Estuary Partnership office.

Most buses run through downtown Portland on SW 5th and 6th Avenues and make stops on or near SW Yamhill or SW Taylor.
