The Executive Director serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Estuary Partnership and reports to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director has overall responsibility for the successful operation of Estuary Partnership including managing financial resources and stewardship, establishing goals and objectives consistent with Estuary Partnership policy and consistent with state and federal regulations under which the National Estuary Program works. The Executive Director hires and coordinates the staff and represents the Estuary Partnership to program partners, the public, the legislature, and the media, generating community support, and leading community outreach efforts. With direction from the Board of Directors, the Executive Director develops and implements the Estuary Partnership mission, vision, policies, programs and objectives and creates the organizational structure necessary to achieve the mission. The Executive Director regularly evaluates the program operations and effectiveness and works with the Board to continually improve Estuary Partnership services.

Pam Andrews, Adminstrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the senior staff and bookkeeping functions including accounts receivables and payables.  She is involved in the day-to-day operations of the organization, including maintaining the central filing system and office equipment and supplies, preparing correspondence, processing incoming and out going mail, assisting with Board, Executive Committee and other work group meetings, events registration and various other administrative support functions.

Catherine Corbett, Technical Programs Manager

The Technical Programs Manager implements projects and program activities related to habitat resoration and ecosystem monitoring and pollution reduction. The position works closely with restoration partners to develop and implement habitat restoration projects and to implement and expand monitoring activities. The position works with the Estuary Partnership Science Work Group to provide technical expertise to the Estuary Partnership.

Evan Haas, Habitat Restoration Coordinator

The Habitat Restoration Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, implementing and coordinating habitat restoration projects in the Lower Columbia River Estuary. He works closely with local agencies and organizations to help identify their restoration needs and incorporate those in the Estuary Partnership's restoration program.

Chris Hathaway, Director of Stewardship and Technical Programs

The Director of Stewardship and Technical Programs works with the Executive Director to help set direction and implement key programs in areas that involve building stewardship for the river and that implement environmental results. This includes framing direction and implementation of the student education, volunteer programs, the water trail and stormwater programs and developing technical programs to advance understanding of the river and Estuary Partnership results with environmental improvements. 

Josh Holcomb, Environmental Educator

The Environmental Educator works with the education and volunteer programs delivering in-field programs and their companion classroom lessons. He works with volunteer projects and service learning projects.

Patti Howard, Technical Projects Coodinator

The Technical Projects Coordinator serves as an assistant to the Executive Director and works with the science team to carry out the goals in managing contracts for habitat restoration and monitoring to ensure that on-the-ground results are obtained.  The position is a primary liaison to major funders, overseeing all contract management related to restoration and monitoring funds.  The position works to ensure that the Estuary Partnership is meeting all contract obligations of the funders and is supporting and furthering their efforts. 

Annie Kleffner, Environmental Educator

The Environmental Educator works with the education and volunteer programs delivering classroom lessons, educational field trips, as well as service learning projects and their companion classroom lessons.

Jennie Klein, Stewardship Programs Manager

The Stewardship Programs Manager develops and coordinates the Estuary Partnership's volunteer and education programs. This includes identifying and implementing Lower Columbia River specific volunteer opportunities and recruiting and training volunteers for restoration and water quality projects. She coordinates the development and delivery of environmental education programs in the classroom setting and in providing students and adults with fieldwork experiences that include service learning projects.

Krista Jones, Monitoring Coordinator

The Monitoring Coordinator works with local, state, and federal agencies to coordinate and implement a regional aquatic ecosystem monitoring program. Additionally, she is developing monitoring and evaluation plans to measure the success of restoration programs the Partnership sponsors.

Keith Marcoe, GIS and Data Management Coordinator

The GIS and Data Management Coordinator coordinates data management activites for the Estuary Partnership's monitoring, restoration and stewardship programs and develops technical tools, products and resources to help implement various organizational work programs. The position also maintains all GIS, videography, and databases.

McKenzie Miller, Environmental Educator

Mardy Tremblay, Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative-related activities and interacts with a range of Estuary Partnership constituents and partners, including agency or municipal staff, the Governor’s office, the public, the business community, legislators, legislative staff and the Federal government.  She manages all human resources, benefits, payroll and office operations for the Estuary Partnership.

Kenny Weiner, Finance Manager

The Finance Manager provides confidential financial support for the Estuary Partnership. The position is responsible for all organization fiscal record keeping, processing grants and contracts, preparing all fiscal reports, tracking grant expenditures, providing monthly and quarterly reports of expenditures, and maintaining all accounts receivable and payable. Position maintains accounting records for all programs and funding sources
